Best Atlas. Period. Unless you spend $150 on a giant one that really belongs in a college library. This blows away all the other Atlas's within $50 of this one. It is the envy of my classmates.

Small, but at the price, a great deal. Has everything I needed, albeit a little small. Probably would've ordered a bigger version if I had it to do again, but it is a great resource to Europe, which is what I needed as I have been reading Sir Winston Churchill's history of WWI.

perfect size for 7th grader to carry to school as part of required purchase.

just as expected-chuck full of updated maps and information for the novice who wants to explore the planet and area where we live. thanks for the timely arrival and a non damaged package.

As others have noted it is a portable atlas. My son loves to take it on trips to look at while we are traveling. He also loves the demographic data. Admittedly you need to be able to see fine print but I found it to be perfect for what I needed.

Quite comprehensive for a smaller atlas. Would love to have a bigger atlas, but can't afford one at this point in time.

No legend on most maps

No, unfortunately Atlas did not meet my expectations - too many geographical pictures, not enough political (meaning just country w/ names of cities). But it is not Amazon fault...
